EMPANADAS RELLENAS DE JAMON Y QUESO

Ingredientes
Para la masa:
200g de harina
10 g de azúcar
1/2 cucharadita de sal
120ml de leche
2 cucharaditas de aceite vegetal
3g (1 cucharadita) de levadura seca
1 huevo
Para hacer pan:
1 huevo
Pan rallado
Para el relleno:
100g de jamón
100g de queso gouda
Preparación


1. Mezclar harina, azúcar, sal, leche, aceite, levadura y huevo. Hacer una masa.
2. Hacer empanada rellena de jamón picado y queso.
3. Freír en aceite caliente.
